Rajin Gill is a Farm Realtor located in the fraser Valley where he and his team specialize in land sales.
He wanted to create an identity and brand story for his growing personal real estate brand while remaining connected to his brokerage.
THE CHALLENGE
Rajin wanted to maintain some of the brand characteristics of the brokerage he was affiliated with, so as to communicate the ongoing and positive relationship between them and benefit from the pre-existing brand recognition of the brokerage. We maintained the brand colors and were mindful that the typography between the two worked well together.

Rajin’s value proposition lay in his specializing exclusively in land sales.
“We Value Land” is based on the duality of land value - Emotional and monetary and intended to communicate clearly that Rajin understands and respects both.

We wanted to continue the main messaging “We value land” in the mark - A plot of land stylized out of the Less and Greater Than symbols of < and >.

Functional, Strong, clear, bold, aligned with partners.
The Social
SOCIAL
On his social channels Rajin wanted his core content such as FOR SALE, SOLD and NEW LISTING to be clearly identifiable and quickly accessible.
This was achieved by using brand type and color hierarchy effectively.
